We are based in Bedford where all kits will be available for local delivery or collection, but post UK Wide.

If your product does not arrive I will offer you a replacement or refund.

All packages are posted 1-2 Working Day Delivery with DHL/TNT - please give an extra 24hours for postage during busy seasons for example Christmas to avoid delays.

If your bottles are smashed or cracked I will send out a replacement permitting you have sufficient evidence and photos that the products arriving in their damaged state. This has never happened as the bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap, have many divders between them and are placed in double walled boxes but they are glass so there is a slight chance of damage due to handling.

If the bottle smashes make sure you take photographs of the smashed bottle in the state that it arrived at your doorstep to qualify for the replacement.

PLEASE NOTE - All drinks contain fresh produce so have drink by dates on their labels when you recieve them and within the Product Info is Best Sipped dates - please check this prior to ordering. The drinks differ in ranges from needing to be consumed within 2 days to 7 days which can be found on the Product Info section. If you order too early I will not be issuing a refund or return.

No other reasons qualify for a refund or replacement apart from damaged (Cracked or smashed) bottles or the bottles not arriving.
If you would like your product to arrive by a certain date, make sure you add a note or send me a message so I can try to meet your deadlines.

I aim to deliver/post within 2 days - during busier seasons such as Christmas this will be posted within 4 days. Please note Christmas time will be very busy so make sure you order in advance to secure your chance of a your order as I may put have to put limited stock on.

Protective Packaging - Each bottle is wrapped in bubble wrap, packed into double walled box and stuffed with paper or more bubble wrap. As the bottles are glass bottles there is a chance of smashing in which I will send out a next day replacement. Each parcel is sent via DHL Next Working Day Delivery.

Sale of alcohol - I adopt a Challenge 25 policy, any person who appears to be 25 years of age or under will be physically checked for ID when the parcel is delivered. The only acceptable forms of identification are a passport, a photo style driving licence or a PASS logo ID card. This will be checked for by myself or the courier.

In the event adequate ID cannot be shown the order will be cancelled and no refund given.

I am not accountable for courier delays - upon booking your delivery I check to see if there are any delays, if there are I may post your order with a different courier but you will be aware of this when I send your tracking number. Delays could still take place especially over busier seasons - please understand this element is completely out of my hands but I do my very best to ensure the process is smooth sailing and try to solve any issues that I can with the postal process. If there are any delays contact the courier directly for an update on your delivery.
