About this service...

Looking to hire our amazing drinks cart for your event... complete this form. I will then get back in touch with you outlining your personalised quote. Within this service we will arrive at your allocated location 1 hour before service is to begin, you just show us the space you would like us to be positioned - land will need to be relatively flat. We will serve the drinks for the length of time you book for - if you would like more than 2 hours of service write the length of time within the booking form. Once service has finished at your selected time we will pack up and let you enjoy the rest of your event. - Staffed Service Options: Prosecco Trees Cocktail/Mocktail Trees/Display Coffee Station Welcome Drinks Fresh Juices Or if you are booking a self service option you let us know the time you would like the Cart to be set up for and we will collect the following day. No staff will stay after the set up with this option. This will need to be set up inside or under a shelter of some sort. Not to be moved once set up. - Self Service Options: Kilner Drink Dispenser (Cocktails/Mocktails/Juices/Punch/Pimms layed on the cart with ice, garnishes and cups) Gin Station (Number of Gins and Mixers with many garnishes to select from layed on the cart with ice, garnishes and cups ) Liquid Collection Ready to Pour Cocktail Bottles (Choices on the Liquid Collection page, Bottles layed on the cart with ice, garnishes and cups) Please note this stage is just a request form, there will not be any payments taken. You simply complete the request form, I then email you your quote based on the information provided and go over all of the details. You confirm you are happy with the quote and proceed with deposit payment. Once your deposit has been paid your booking is confirmed and you will be emailed a confirmation of this but I will be in touch with you for the entire process.

Cancelation Policy

Please note you booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid after confirming your quote and then from receiving your invoice. If it is not paid and someone else books and pays their deposit you may lose your slot. Make sure if you are booking the horse box bars there is at least 4x5m of space for the horse box minimum. And that there is a power socket of 13amps available for use (dependent on the product being served). This will be discussed when you receive your quote. Changes can be made to bookings just get in touch to discuss. Deposits once paid are non refundable in any circumstance. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to the event and receive any money (excluding deposit) refunded. Rescheduling can be done (if organised at least 10 days prior to your event- if rescheduling after these dates fees might be added) and your entire payment including deposit can be moved to the new rescheduled date.
