About this service...
Halloween Services Pick from any of our menus from DRINK MENUS - We will decorate each drink, bar and menu with themed elements and names. Please note this stage is just a request form, there will not be any payments taken. You simply complete the request form, I then email you your quote based on the information provided and go over all of the details. You confirm you are happy with the quote and proceed with deposit payment. Once your deposit has been paid your booking is confirmed and you will be emailed a confirmation of this but I will be in touch with you for the entire process. If you would like more than one service option contact us so we can do a personalised booking form for you!
Cancellation Policy
Please note you booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid after confirming your quote and then from receiving your invoice. If it is not paid and someone else books and pays their deposit you may lose your slot. Make sure if you are booking the horse box bars there is at least 4x5m of space for the horse box minimum. And that there is a power socket of 13amps available for use (dependent on the product being served). This will be discussed when you receive your quote. Changes can be made to bookings just get in touch to discuss. Deposits once paid are non refundable in any circumstance. You can cancel up to 14 days prior to the event and receive any money (excluding deposit) refunded. Rescheduling can be done (if organised at least 10 days prior to your event- if rescheduling after these dates fees might be added) and your entire payment including deposit can be moved to the new rescheduled date.
